Voicemail is one of the features available in our "No Answer Package"
For an additional fee, DakotaPro will provide voicemail service on the Customer’s phone line. If an incoming call is not answered within 6 rings (approx. 36 seconds), the caller will be prompted to leave a voicemail message for the customer.
The Customer has the option of either:
1) having all voicemails forwarded to an email address they specify OR
2) calling into the voicemail system to access their voicemail messages.
DakotaPro provides a limited amount of voicemail storage on its servers, so Customers will be prompted when their voicemail boxes are reaching capacity. If the Customer’s voicemail box is full, callers will be told they cannot leave a message because the voicemail box is full.
It is the Customer’s responsibility to purge older messages to free up space so that new voicemails can again be left on the system.
*Note that Find-me calling and VoiceMail are exclusive options, which means that Customers can choose one or the other, but not both options simultaneously.
